What's Your Remedy?
School is boring. School is useless. School doesn't teach you anything. It's a waste of your time. It's repetitive. It's dumb. You don't need to be here. You don't want to be here. Fair enough. What's your remedy?
Either you're going to drop out and make it without school, or you're going to stay in school and deal with all of it. That's it. Complaining is not a remedy. Either you have a remedy or you don't.
That being said, do you really want to drop out? If you drop out and are forced immediately to go work a low paying, low skill job, did you really solve anything? Was that an effective remedy? Probably not.
What about staying in school? You can still educate yourself at a high level while you stay in school to graduate. Perhaps you drop out without dropping out and that's your remedy, while not making life any harder on yourself for not graduating from high school.
What about all of the homework that eats up your time? What's your remedy to that? If it's because of some sort of "advanced" or AP course load, then your remedy again is either to drop out of the class and into an easier class or deal with it and make it work while educating yourself in a meaningful way. Either way, you can't just sit around and complain about it. That's not a remedy.
In any given situation, you either have a remedy or you don't. Being a dropout is about remedies, not complaining. It's not even about which remedy you choose. There are problems, but we will never stop at recognizing and calling out the problem. We need to solve it the best way that we know how.
