“Have the hustle of a crackhead, minus the crack,” means simply that you should be extremely focused on the things that matter. Much like a drug addict is obsessed with their next high, you’ve got to be obsessed with the things that matter in your life.
Spouse. Kids. Career. Goals. God.
Whatever it is, chase it with some energy, dammit.
